Shipping and Handling Policy:

Orders are shipped 2 - 3 weeks after being received. Domestic orders are shipped USPS-1 st Class Priority, unless otherwise specifically requested (Express Mail, UPS or FedEx). Insurance is optional. International orders will be shipped the best way and charges are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Select "International" in the shipping option and complete your purchase. A representative from EKF will contact you via email to confirm your shipping costs. If special shipping methods are requested, shipping charges will be calculated and you will be notified by e-mail of total charges for your order. If order is cancelled before it is shipped, full credit will be refunded.

Return Policy:

All returns require authorization from the Edith Kanaka‘ole Foundation . Requests must be made within 10 days upon receiving the product. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Credits will be issued after the merchandise is received by the Edith Kanakaÿole Foundation, less the original shipping charges.
