Laehala

Laehala is our demonstration site for marine life observation, marine resource management and mālama kai. Auntie Ulunui Garmon is the Kahu for this site and lives at the site. Auntie Ulu is a wealth of information and is always willing to show students the various marine creatures in the nearby tidal pools. Other activities at this site include occasional workshops on kapa making, fishing, net making and modern techniques in fish farming.
